New Term, New You?

What are you waiting for?

What are you waiting for?

Whether or not you have school-aged children, the start of a new academic year also marks a change in seasons and this year, a big step, post lockdown, towards normal life resuming.

Perhaps in this post lockdown world, now more than ever, there is an opportunity to embrace what we truly love rather than settling for the pre-Covid status quo?

If you’ve spent the last six months juggling, adapting, compromising and deferring, perhaps this new academic year is the perfect time to start prioritising what it is you really want from life, for your career, for your family, but most importantly, for you? After all a happy you, doesn’t have to be a compromise for everyone else around you.

For our Academy, September is always an exciting month, after some well-deserved rest and recuperation, we are busy preparing for our new term’s cohort of Yoga Teacher Trainees. Lockdown forced us to move our face to face Yoga Teacher Training Courses online and moving to an online platform has been the best decision we could have made. Although we still offer the face to face option, by creating a flexible and interactive online option, we have enabled our students to access high quality Yoga Alliance training and weave it around their existing jobs and family demands.

In so doing, we have been able to increase the number of courses we run, whilst welcoming more students from around the world. By reaching a global Yoga community, we have enriched our students’ experience and broadened our teachers’ perspectives.

We have therefore been delighted that our shift online has not diminished our ability to offer Yoga Teacher Training with integrity, strength and focus. In fact, our most recent feedback has reaffirmed everything that, as a Yoga Alliance accredited Yoga Academy, we aim to achieve.

I spent a long time searching for the right yoga teacher training course for me and then I found Diane Lee at Academy For Yoga Teacher Training. The course had the right balance of asana practice, philosophy and history, Sanskrit, anatomy and physiology, pranayama, meditation, chanting and attention to detail. With a variety of experienced senior teachers who were all hugely supportive, attentive and passionate about yoga.”

So, if you’re doing more than sharpening pencils, labelling uniform, polishing shoes and you’re searching for a new career or balance in your life, then why not download our FREE prospectus. With full details of our course outline, schedule, fees and Yoga Alliance guarantees, we hope our 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course, or our 40-Hour Yin Yoga Course will answer your need to start afresh this September.
