This exploration through her own practice and further training influences her teaching. She is adept at delivering sessions to a group with varying ages, bodies, and experience, and always aims to create a relaxed and fun atmosphere in her classes while understanding the needs of each student and challenging them at an individual level. Kara’s role as Student Liaison Officer is to facilitate Teacher Trainee 1:1s throughout the course, and to provide a first point of contact for students.

Ariadna Landman
TEACHER
Ariadna is an Ayurvedic medicine practitioner, teacher and writer.
Ariadna's interest in healthcare started in 1999 when, as a teenager, she first travelled to India and discovered its traditional medical system, Ayurveda.
Upon her return to London she enrolled with the College of Ayurveda and completed her PGDAM in 2003, after serving as an intern at the renowned AVP Hospital in Coimbatore and several clinics in Pune.
Wanting to deepen her studies, Ariadna spent two years as an apprentice to Dr Liladhar Gupta at his Dhanwantari Ayurveda centre.
In 2009, she completed her BSc in Ayurveda at Manipal University.
Thus, for the past 20 years, Ariadna has dedicated herself exclusively to the study and practice of Ayurveda, with a special interest in women's healthcare.
